Established On October 15, 1950, AORN of New Orleans - Chapter 1902 has a well established relationship with AORN and it's members on the local,                     the state and the national levels.  Honored to  boast past AORN National President, Nathalie Walker as one of their own,
AORN of New Orleans has a long history of members serving in numerous capacities , on so many levels of AORN.
Guided by the Mission, The Vision, and the Values of AORN, our 340 members continue to remain AORN  strong!

Mission

Our mission is to promote safety
and optimal outcomes for patients
undergoing operative and other
invasive procedures by providing
practice support and professional development opportunities to perioperative nurses.
AORN will collaborate with professional
and regulatory organizations,
              industry leaders, and other healthcare partners  who support the mission.
